Ok so this is only day 3 but I have noticed that I haven’t eaten all of my points in the last two days – I think it’s time to menu plan and shop as this will up the points a little bit more.  When I don’t know what I’m eating etc I either go way over or way under and a midway mark I do not hit.

Ah well- I have to say brekkie was lovely – I found an orange & ginger jam/marmalade in the press so decided to give it a go – yummy!  however Oatibix were higher in points then I’d have liked – but what can you do when you’re almost out of porridge.



As I type I'm 40 odd yrs. Sometimes very odd :) I'm married and have 2 cats - Oscar & Daisy. I love to cook, craft, read & watch TV This is to be the place that makes me smile.
