Well I haven’t really been up to much in relation to a diet. I haven’t lost any weight and I haven’t gained – so that’s good thing. Mind you the week I’ve had is seeing me up a bit so a week of being ‘good’ will see me back to what I am so to speak.
I bought the December issue of the WW mag. there are some lovely recipes in it so we went shopping with a list this week.
I’ve also signed up for pilates in work – its very good. I’ve always found that I am bendy but like a string is bendy – there is no strenght behind it. I’d like to be bendy like an elastic – and have some sort of strenght to it.
As per usual I was out walking but these days I just can’t get my ass out of bed in the mornings and I just don’t seem to think of going out when I get home. At the moment like all things in my life it’s like a school report =
