Week 1 strict tracking no matter what!
Week 2 plans not going to plan but all in all everything tracked.
Week 3 feels as if it is not so much going wrong but not going right 😦
I find that I’m snacking a lot – I must get more fruit in ’cause at least that can take up the points in a good way – Banana or Packet of Crisps?
I know I’m going to be down anyway but at the same time it’s just a bit of a pain that it can’t all be just plain sailing.
